Google Street View is getting more controversial day by day due to risk of privacy that it creates for people. Google itself has not been out of bad news when it comes to its privacy issues. For a long time, Google’s users were in oblivion as to their privacy’s invasion. It was earlier not known that Google employees though knew what Google has been up to.

According to Digital Trends, Google staffers were very much aware of how much data Street View cars have been collecting. Through unprotected Wi-Fi networks, such information as names, emails, text messages and other such data were being saved up by Google. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reported that Google Street View cars have been up to this task since the last two years. This revelation is something that makes Google a ‘big fat liar’ as it has smoothly been lying upfront about such a happening being accidental. Not being accidental indicates Google’s deliberate programming of such data theft.

What is still a mystery is why would Google collect information for no apparent reason? Unless and until a motive behind such deliberate act on Google’s part is unveiled, speculations abound. Mostly, the internet users in the United States had faced this misery from Google Street View cars. Having a right to privacy is recognized as a basic constitutional right in America. Violation of these by Google will certainly not be taken down as serving the people through its Street View cars mapping places.
